In today’s world, the ability to communicate effectively across cultures is key. In this workshop we explore how our cultural context influences our values, attitudes and how we communicate with each other.
- What is culture and how does my cultural perspective affect my communication?
- What cultural values and attitudes influence different communication styles? Hierarchy and status, focus on group/individual, rules and risks, trust, politeness, approach to information, body language, display of emotions etc
- What is best practice when communicating with colleagues, clients and customers from different cultures?
- How can I use intercultural competence as a tool to understand and manage different communication styles?

This workshop is suitable for anyone who communicates internationally and across cultures at work.
