BBi Communication has many years of international recruitment experience of health care professionals to the Nordics. Working together with Pilke päiväkodit Oy, a Finnish based company providing early childhood education and services, we are now expanding into the recruitment of teachers from Europe. The project is funded by North Savo ELY Center (Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment). We look forward to welcoming new international talent and will support them with language and cultural training each step of the way to guarantee a smooth landing.

– Especially in language-oriented kindergartens, there is a shortage of early childhood education teachers who have qualifications in accordance with the Finnish Early Childhood Education Act. With this project in cooperation with the ELY Center, we have the opportunity to participate in international recruitment. We believe that the work at Pilkke is of interest to professionals in the field, as Finnish early childhood education is well respected internationally, Martikainen says.
