Intercultural Competence is an ability to work effectively across cultures. When we meet virtually it is even more important to have clear communication and clear expectations. We need to be conscious of our own and our co-workers’ view on trust, leadership, feedback etc. When working internationally, you do not only need awareness about your own values and communication styles, but also knowledge about other business cultures. In this workshop you will get an insight in how intercultural competence will improve your business and make you more culturally agile. Without cultural competence there is a risk for misunderstandings and frustration especially in a virtual team where signals are more subtle.
