Successful communication in Healthcare across cultures:

The increasing diversity of patients brings opportunities and challenges for health care professional. Language, communication, and cultural barriers can be challenging and can lead to patient dissatisfaction and lower quality of care. By providing relevant training on intercultural competence, health professionals will enhance the quality of care by bridging communication and cultural gaps.

A high level of Intercultural Competence reduces frustration and misunderstandings between doctors, nurses, patients etc. In this workshop, you will gain awareness about how culture affects your communication. We will advise you how to avoid miscommunication, often based on different values and expectations.
